Specialty compounder and formulator of engineering polymers. In-depth capability in high filler content grades (40-65% by wt), alloys and blends, impact modified and custom colors.

Extensive product offerings in specialty grades for lubricated, flame retardant and electrically active (EMI, RFI static dissipative and magnetic) systems ranging from polypropylene to polyetherimide.

In-house color lab and experienced colorist to support custom color and color matching applications.

Manufacturing

Production lots from < 500 lb to multiple truckloads per month enables a smooth transition from prototype to production scale quantities. TP Composites also undertakes toll or contract manufacturing as well as contract R&D.
