TPC's proprietary process technology enables the manufacture of highly filled and reinforced compounded products. This unique process results in pelletized product that is free from fines and consistent in geometry ensuring trouble-free processing. TPC's HiFill compounds are available in virtually any thermoplastic resin with loadings up to approximately 90% by weight depending on the specific gravity of the filler.

Superior molding characteristics, lower cost and a broader array of available base resins have established HiFill molding compositions as ideal alternatives to LFRT nylon and polypropylene compounds.
