Static Dissapative, EMI / RFI and Magnetic Properties

Electrablend® and Statiblend® compounds from TPC are formulated with additives to achieve the right balance of mechanical properties and resistivity for any point in the EM spectrum. Our technical competency in working with carbon blacks, conductive carbon fiber, stainless steel and other conductive materials enables many degrees of formulating freedom to achieve optimal electrically active molding grades.

Magnablend® molding grades based on nylon and PPS are being supplied today for use in motors, solenoids, timers, anti-lock braking systems and television and video equipment. Moldability with TPC Magnablend materials is excellent.

Our proprietary compounding process has been shown to impart highly isotropic magnetic properties in molded magnets. Post molding fabrication steps have been dramatically reduced as a result of eliminating the anisotropic orientation within the magnet.
