Concentrates, Color Matching & Custom Colors

TPC's in-house color department produces all of our concentrates using the highest quality pigments and dyes. To ensure optimal performance, we produce our concentrates in the base resin that it will be used to color, i.e.: a concentrate to color PBT will be produced with PBT as the carrier resin. By avoiding the use of low melting polyolefin or EVA carriers, our customers have measured higher thermal stability in the final compound as well as completely avoided the problem of inconsistent color development with salt-n-pepper blends caused by low melting concentrates sticking in the throat of the injection press. TPC custom concentrates are available in quantities as low as 25 lbs.

RTG™ Color Concentrates

Do you need to color code parts and but don't need an exact color match?

TPC introduces its RTG™ color concentrates. Produced in a universal resin carrier, RTG™ color concentrates are available in Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Purple, Metallic, Black and White. Minimum inventories are maintained at all times for those last minute requirements.

Available in releases as low as 5 lb each color

Custom Pre-Colored Compounds

Typical turn around for color matches is less than 1 week and can be accelerated to 24 hours, when needed. TPC has strong working relationships with all of the major resin producers and can supply branded resin color concentrates and branded color-matched alloys and blends, if desired. Small lot custom coloring is available down to 50 lbs releases.
